Description

We provided the full M&E installation on this new build garden centre in Aldermaston. The development consisted of a single storey building of approximately 3,500m2 area complete with a garden, butchery, farm shop and retail space plus offices, storage and warehouse areas. We completed the full mechanical and electrical install, including managing subcontractors to install the ventilation and air conditioning.

Detail

The development was required to have a BREEAM rating of at least ‘very good’. We are well versed at working with sustainability in mind and are proud of achievements on developments that place an importance on the future.
