The installation of new fire alarm, public address and door entry systems to 2 new-build laboratory and office buildings at DSTL Porton Down.

The building’s in this project are unique in their design and purpose and it did give us some interesting obstacles to overcome throughout the installation. We hired specialist lifting equipment to give us access to 25m for installing the required cabling. In one of these buildings alone, we installed over 16km of fire alarm cabling and over 700 devices.
