Design and install a full upgrade of 3 plant rooms. The main challenge of this project was to keep the heating system running at all times due to the elderly occupants of the nursing home. We achieved this objective by installing temporary boilers for the duration of the works.
Our key objectives were to enhance efficiency, add improved controls, reduce risk of failure, prolong lifecycle and ensure adherence to the latest industry standards and codes of practice. We are proud to have won the 2018 Gebrit installation award for our work upgrading these plant rooms.
Quinns has been established since 2005 and we have grown to over 20 people. Our clients include large MoD establishments. We offer a range of m & e services including reactive, planned and installation work and are CompEx and BAFE accredited. We offer a full design service on projects up to £1 million.
